OCP has refined it’s offering of Flexible Flat Cables for a board to board connections in applications ranging from Medical Device and Instrument Displays to internal electronic enclosure jumpers. Focusing only on the 0.5mm, 1.0mm, 1.25mm & 2.54mm pitch range enables very fast response times and competitive pricing. OCP’s rapid prototyping program offers designers a quick turn response for their NPI designs.
Customization features like gold plating stripped tin pins, folding, ferrites, notching, slitting and shielding, unique mounting and labeling are also available.
Insulation with polyester or polyimide tapes, shielding with aluminum or applied tape are standard options. Compatibility will all industry standard LIF and ZIF connectors are assured.
