SHIPPING POLICY

If your order is placed before 10am PDT we will attempt to ship same day on a domestic order and within 1 business day for international orders. If your order is urgent please let us know by contacting our office after placing the order. Email: onlinesales@ocp.com.

If any of the items ordered are not in stock a the time of sale then you will be contacted by customer service with an estimated ship date or possible alternatives.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If an order does not have a customer freight account number attached to it and the customer requests a partial shipment on the order they will be asked to provide one.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

At the time you place your order you will receive an order  confirmation email saying your order is on “hold” for review while we are processing it. Then you will receive another email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Damages

OCP Group Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

OCP Group Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

All overseas shipments are NCNR and Final.
