OCP Group Inc of San Diego California has developed a line of industrial grade USB 3.0/3.1 Gen1 cable assemblies for the fast-moving Robotics and Automation markets. The assemblies are available in standard lengths of between 1 and 5 meters for static, low-flex or very high flex applications. For lengths beyond 5 meters, OCP has developed an active repeater that Can be embedded into cables or used as a stand-alone or inline repeater. Industrial ready, the cables offer features like single or dual fastener thumbscrews, 45º and 90º molds as well as IP55 through IP67 Ingress Protection.
The cables are designed to be “plug and play” with the latest industry-leading devices like Intel’s D415 and D435 cameras. As always OCP’s industry-leading engineering team can modify any aspect of the cable from Biocompatibility to Extreme Environment to Custom Overmold tooling.
