OCP Group, Inc. is proud to announce a new addition, Integrated Electrical & Lumen Assemblies, to it’s standard offering of Medical Device product families. Whether for a surgical device, pressure transducer, ablation or robotics design our staff can help develop a lumen or multi-lumen device.

A full lineup of materials for any application are available for Single Use or Autoclavable designs as well as any custom color, wire gauge, or type of wire. Whether your design requires a planar or round cable design with unique conductors from coaxial to thermocouple pairs OCP’s staff can help. If required biocompatible materials are available for lumen and cable jacket.

For industrial automation applications in packaging, food processing or robotics, high flex life jackets can also be incorporated into the design with both single and multi-lumen designs. We can also help with custom molding for strain reliefs and connector termination.

All assemblies are produced exclusively in our ISO 13485 Certified facilities.
